“And the nature of magic is all in the person’s experience. Whether the magician is using a highly complex sleight of hand or he’s just got two cards that are the same, it doesn’t matter: it’s how it is sold and how magical it is for the person that matters.”
-Derren Brown
If you pay even a cursory bit of attention to the news media, irrespective of whether or not you invest any “belief” into what they broadcast, there were likely a couple of events that crossed your radar in the last week. They crossed mine. The first event, which as of this writing is now making its umpteenth trip around the meme-sphere, would be the ambulatory misadventures of the POTUS attempting to board Air Force One and literally falling up the stairs.
I freely admit that the original video of this had me teary-eyed and breathless from laughter the first time I watched it. That was a good laugh. Even better were the memes that started making their way around the inter-tubes just hours later. Those were even better laughs. One even had a golfing Trump driving golf balls and nailing ol’ sleepy Joe square in the back of the head each time he stumbled (or, got blown over by the wind, according to the M5M… allegedly). Good times.
(FULL DISCLOSURE: I’m an equal-opportunity political voyeur. If the roles had been reversed — having 46 with the golf club and 45 falling up the stairs — I would have found it equally funny; maybe even more so. Say what you want about Trump, his comedic timing rarely fails. At some point, though, we need to stop laughing and have a serious national discussion about the elder abuse taking place in the Executive branch of our government. But, I digress…)
(Ok, I’m still digressing, but only because I thought it important enough to point out that immediately after Politico praised the current administration for doing so well with mitigating gaffes from the POTUS that said POTUS almost immediately started manufacturing gaffes. I’m not sure if this a case of the media jinxing the administration or not, though it kind of appears to be(or maybe vice versa), but I found the timing to be highly coincidental. Alright, back to where we were.)
That was the obvious elephant from the last week. Just as notable, though perhaps slightly less acknowledged, was the image that emerged mid-week of a mask-less John Forbes Kerry on a commercial American Airlines flight. Maybe you caught this passing through your news aggregator, and maybe you didn’t. I remember when I first viewed it, and the accompanying article, the first thing that popped into my head was “serves the baby-killing globalist scum right! Expose the charlatan! Expose him for all to see!” Maybe that was your reaction, too; or something vaguely similar.
I think it would be only natural for most people to react this way. If you have spent any amount of time looking into the lives and practices of the folks that shape and direct foreign policy, then you already know that there is a mentality among this community that allows them to view themselves as above the common man. For good or ill, they truly believe that they make difficult decisions about shaping our collective futures, and that the average person is incapable of understanding the how’s and why’s of international geo-politics. We can argue endlessly about how difficult these decisions actually are, as well as whether or not those making the decisions are qualified to be doing so.
Over the last several months, we have been inundated with stories from both the M5M and the independent news media of individuals being harassed and often worse for what I will call “inappropriate mask behavior.” Back in December of 2020, there was the family traveling from Colorado to New Jersey on United Airlines that got kicked off of the flight because their 2-year-old stubbornly refused to wear a mask on the plane. Personally, I feel it unnecessary to question the veracity of these claims because I have negotiated with 2-year-olds before; stubborn refusal is their baseline default. And more power to them.
Then in January a story surfaced about a family of 10 adults and 10 children that were kicked off of an American Airlines flight for allegedly being “reported to be non-compliant” with airline rules for the proper wearing of masks, even though several other passengers on the same flight have refuted this claim. Then, mere hours before the infamous pic of Mr. Kerry was apparently snapped, another family was kicked off of a Spirit Airlines flight allegedly because their 4-year-old “non-verbal autistic son would not wear a mask.” The report that I read — linked above — even went so far as to mention that the child in question did in fact have medical documentation from a physician providing this child with an exemption under the American Disabilities Act. Apparently, that wasn’t good enough for the behavioral overlords at Spirit, as they unilaterally declared autism not to be a disability. It’s good to know that the “rule of law” is still alive and well.
With these incidents as a backdrop, how could you not see what Mr. Kerry had perpetrated as anything other than bald-faced elitism? That was my reaction as well. Then I started thinking about it more, and I started digging. It turns out that the individual who physically took the picture has requested to remain anonymous — how convenient. Think about that, though: if you were the person that captured this moment in time, the stark evidence of the hypocrisy of the so-called ruling class, would you be seeking to hide behind the cover of anonimity? The talk show offers alone that this individual would be likely to receive would, I imagine, calculate into six figures. Maybe five figures, but also maybe more. If they were allowed onto the airwaves, that is.
With the undertsanding that nothing makes it into the mainstream news media by chance(and indeed that concept is key to deconstructing the how’s and why’s of that industry), there emerge two competing views for why this story became part of the news cycle. One is that JFK (that is not an accident) was experiencing a brief moment of hubris and got caught with his metaphorical pants down. That’s a simple explanation, and one that we are subtly encouraged to embrace. The other explanation is that the taking of the photo was not a spontaneous event, the photographer was likely known to Mr. Kerry, and the release of the image in question was deliberately timed and promoted.
I know, this limb is starting to shake. Pay no attention to that and consider this: a couple of weeks ago everyone was up in arms about Mr. Potato Head and Dr. Seuss, with the M5M leading the outrage brigade. You know what they weren’t talking about in between debates about the gender roles of plastic tubers and secretly racist children’s book illustrations? They weren’t talking about the Chinese Communist Party arresting and imprisoning pro-democracy dissidents in one of the biggest round-ups in recent memory. Do you remember seeing that anywhere from the M5M? I don’t, and I’ve got a hundred dollar bill that says you don’t either. Any takers?
So what could possibly have been happening at the same time as neo-lib JFK and Sleepy Joe were keeping the populace simultaneously insulted and entertained? Have you heard of Israel? It’s this sleepy little nation-state half-way around the world that is sandwiched among a bunch of other nation-states that don’t like them very much. Israel passed legislation that would allow un-vaxxed citizens re-entering the country from abroad to quarantine at home after arrival. Sounds great, right? Well, there’s just one catch: those dirty, un-vaxxed citizens would be required to wear an electronic tracking bracelet so their government can track their location every moment of quarantine, and ensure that each and every one is being a good little citizen and not breaking lockdown rules.
It is worth noting that the company that developed this technology, SuperCom, has worked with multiple governments around the world to build electronic systems to track and remotely monitor their incarcerated populations. I guess that’s why they were the obvious partner for this program that has even drawn criticism from Israeli courts as being “draconian.” Nonetheless, the quickly legislated program appears to be an overnight success. SuperCom even claims that early adopters of the program stated that they had “very positive and comfortable experiences” with “a high rate of satisfaction.” I bet they did. After all, who wouldn’t want their feudal lords to know their exact whereabouts every single random moment of the day?
So there was that. Meanwhile, in London, the International Air Transport Association debuted their much ballyhooed Travel Pass app in a partnership with Singapore Airlines. The claim is that this digital treasure trove of data collection will allow people to move about the planet freely and confidently, because… you know, it’s the scam-demic, stupid. Has anyone even stopped to ask the question of how we’re expected to trust these airlines and their government/NGO facilitators to protect our “sensitive and private health data” when they routinely “accidentally” route your luggage thousands of miles away from your declared destination? Remember that these were the same corporations who, one year ago when all of this nonsense began, publicly promised to abide by all decreed public health guidelines, and then were subsequently found to be cramming people into their planes to maximize their own profits(scam-demic be damned!).
Essentially, as I see it, you weren’t supposed to be paying attention to the fact that the digital prison that has been under construction for the better part of the last 50 years has entered into the final phase. You weren’t supposed to notice that you had abdicated your personal freedom of movement, and given it to the same people who tricked you out of your freedom to assemble peaceably. These are the same people who are trying to convince you that freedom of speech promotes hate-speech. No no no… here: look at Sleepy Joe as he marionettes his way into the most irrelevant presidency the nation has ever seen. Be outraged by John Kerry flouting his globalist-backed influence directly in your face while American Airlines promises to “look into it.” I’m sure they intend to do just that.
This is perceptual three-card monte, executed by amateur grifters in expensive suits. The only purpose of which is to trigger an emotional response from the consumer(i.e. viewer, reader, listener, etc.) and thereby capture their attention so that it may be directed in the exact opposite direction from what they(the M5M, the Cathedral) don’t want you to spend your time thinking about. And most of the time, it seems to work more than it doesn’t. Or at least work well enough to keep paying for expensive suits.
In closing, if what I have just outlined produces an uneasy feeling to swell inside of you… good; it should. That’s the point. Because if these globalist bastards ultimately do plan to drag all of us into authoritarian oblivion with them, then I intend to go kicking and screaming every step of the way. Like a 2-year sitting at the negotiating table with an arsenal of strained peas and mushed tubers. How about you?
