Part One – A Neater Word
“…to touch on various topics more or less connected with that of the cultivation of race, or, as we might call it, with “eugenic” questions, and to present the results of several of my own separate investigations.
This is, with questions bearing on what is termed in Greek, eugenes, namely, good in stock, hereditarily endowed with noble qualities. This, and the allied words, eugeneia, etc., are equally applicable to men, brutes, and plants. We greatly want a brief word to express the science of improving stock, which is by no means confined to questions of judicious mating, but which, especially in the case of man, takes cognizance of all influences that tend in however remote a degree to give the more suitable races or strains of blood a better chance of prevailing speedily over the less suitable than they otherwise would have had. The word eugenics would sufficiently express the idea; it is at least a neater word and a more generalized one than viriculture, which I once ventured to use.”

Ever the devout Baptist, not even fifty seven years of age, and Devil Pill’s son retired, focusing his fortune and attention into medicines and “human breeding” shall we say. Notably founding the University of Chicago and his Institute for Medical Research, now Rockefeller University, his Standard Oil monopoly was under the guidance of the trusted Archbold, yet he personally had to wither scorn from the witness stand and various jurisdictions challenged his stranglehold upon supply and supply chain of petroleum, oil, and lubricants, nationwide. Rebranding his ill gotten fortunes as philanthropic wealth to bestow upon charitable causes help to white wash the shady dealings and dubious past of the patriarch Dr Levingstone and sons, the numerous acts in retirement paved the way for the allopathic delivery of medicine across the world today.
From the singular focus and fervor in Francis Galton’s Eugenics, as a scientific field of study, Rockefeller set about funding and promoting the medical and academic complex necessary to advance his true passion, collaborating with other notable robber barons of the age, particularly Andrew Carnegie. They were able to help establish the ERO (Eugenics Record Office) in New York, off of Long Island Sound in 1910 at Cold Spring Harbor with Charles Benedict Davenport (pictured above), who had caught the eye of John D. running the Zoologoy Department in his Chicago University Faculty.
Thus every chemical product that could be derived from medicinal plants and mixed with petroleum products all combined in the theatre of war and weapons research to light the way to perpetual profits from genocidal destruction, legitimizing it with the veil of eugenic science. The Davenport eugenic creed is included below for context. It is now we explore further into the chemical race to castrate and control humans for breeding purposes.

DAVENPORT’S EUGENIC CREED
- “I believe in striving to raise the human race to the highest plane of social organization, of cooperative work and of effective endeavor.”
- “I believe that I am the trustee of the germ plasm that I carry; that this has been passed on to me through thousands of generations before me; and that I betray the trust if (that germ plasm being good) I so act as to jeopardize it, with its excellent possibilities, or, from motives of personal convenience, to unduly limit offspring.”
- “I believe that, having made our choice in marriage carefully, we, the married pair, should seek to have 4 to 6 children in order that our carefully selected germ plasm shall be reproduced in adequate degree and that this preferred stock shall not be swamped by that less carefully selected.”

Part Two – The Buck Stops Here
With an 8–1 SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) decision back in May of 1927, the infamous Buck versus Bell decision as published, agreed with state argumentation that Mrs Emma Buck and Ms Carrie Buck, mother and her daughter, were “feeble-minded” and “promiscuous,” thereby sterilization was in the state’s interest. Virginia’s sterilization procedures were not repealed until this very author was born in the Old Dominion state in 1974. Just in time. Justice Holmes wrote the ruling and the words speak for themselves, the philosophy so richly funded and ardently promoted by Rockefeller.
“We have seen more than once that the public welfare may call upon the best citizens for their lives. It would be strange if it could not call upon those who already sap the strength of the State for these lesser sacrifices, often not felt to be such by those concerned, to prevent our being swamped with incompetence. It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime, or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind. The principle that sustains compulsory vaccination is broad enough to cover cutting the fallopian tubes.”
