Monday morning has already brought us one hefty surprise this week. If you’re wondering what I’m talking about, keep reading. It should become obvious shortly. Sorry, there’s no witty anecdotes or quasi-formed memories to relay today. But apparently people are freaking out because Facebook is down right now. If you strain your ears, you just might be able to hear the sound of liberal tears splashing on screens all over the world.
Have I ever told you I hate Facebook? I honestly do – but there’s a lot to run down today, so let’s get to it.
What Doesn’t Kill Us Only Makes Us Stranger
Before we dig in to today’s gnarly Clown World hellscape, Off Guardian catches us up on what we missed last week. Yes, the predator class is desperately trying to make LGM – Lab Grown Meat – a thing.
As another week passes into the history books, another European nation refuses to be silent during the installation of global tyranny.
Who had it on their 2021 bingo card that the land locked-down under would grow more violent after the end of the wildly successful zero-COVID policy? Maybe New Zealand should be taking notes.
As Australia continues to act as the poster child for technocracy done right, the panopticon maintains its sprawl deliberately unnoticed by the corporate media. Writing for Reclaim the Net, Ken Macon informs us UK Ministry of Defense Proposal Calls for More Social Media Surveillance. Don’t worry, though; it’s just the military saying they have the right to scrape the internet for your data because you might be a threat. I’m certain they will let you know if you are.
Can Bombshells Do More Damage On Mondays?
If you’ve been on an internet news site in the last 12 hours, then you’ve probably already encountered at least one story about the Pandora Papers. If not, then check out Great Game India’s article on the Pandora Papers: the Most Expansive Leak of Tax Haven Files in History. While I imagine there is still much more information to be extracted from the 11.9 million files included in the leaked documents, names I immediately recognize include Tony Blair and Dominique Strauss-Kahn. Take a peek and see what names you recognize.
No doubt the corporate media will be falling all over themselves this week trying to out-spin each other in an effort to prove who the most dedicated Renfields are to their technocratic masters. But the technocrats appear to want a piece of the action as well. CNN graciously offered their humble platform to the predator class because the Rockefellers Have a Message for Joe Manchin. It looks like Sen. Manchin’s public opposition to the progressive spending agenda just became serious business. Is this just more theatre for the under-informed masses, or has Joe been reading from the wrong script?
Maybe both of these stories are meant to draw attention away from the chaos unfolding in the markets of one of the largest industrial nations on the planet? James Corbett and Whitney Webb get together to discuss the role of China in shaping our current geopolitical situation, as well as some potential outcomes in the future.
Breaking The Chains Of Global Supply
The conversation between James and Whitney illustrates an important point: any discussion of the global economy or supply chains must include China. In a signal that there is likely no end to the semiconductor shortage in the near term, ZeroHedge tells us Silicon Metal’s 300% Price Surge Throws Another Wrench in Global Supply Chains. So much for the previously promised “return to normalcy” for the supply chains in 2022. In fact, another ZeroHedge article proposes “Global Supply Chain Crisis to Last Until 2023,” Says Middle East’s Largest Port Operator. So they’re moving the goalposts – got it. Hey, I’ve got $1000 that says those goalposts eventually get planted in the year 2030. Any takers?
Adding to the confusion of constantly shifting economic metrics, the National Restaurant Association – NRA if you’re nasty – is pushing all of their chips into the middle of the table for the COVID Clown World narrative. The organization recently drafted a letter to U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi blaming the alleged “delta variant” of the coof for what appears to be an imminent industry collapse. Scoring a Memory Hole hat trick today, ZeroHedge reports Restaurant Recovery Fried as “Business Conditions Worse Now Than Three Months Ago”. I scanned the letter from the NRA to mob boss Pelosi. There was zero mention of the jabby-jab mandates destroying their businesses, even though that also occurred in the last 3 months.
Finally today, I have always found it helpful in my own research to trace the path of events through history to uncover clues about how the world came to be as it currently appears. It seems Matthew Ehret also utilizes this approach. During last week’s Coronavirus Investigation Committee meeting, Matthew provided some of the details for How a Time Bomb Was Set to Usher in a Great Reset – And What to Do About It: 1923, 1929 and Today. Invest some of your own time and learn how the rigged game is played, if you are not already familiar.
It has been a rather curious beginning to the week, hasn’t it? I’ve been scraping my own memory the last couple of hours in a search for parallels from recent history. So far, I’m coming up empty. I guess we’ll have to see if anything shakes loose in the next few days.
