Mayor Bowser makes it clear exactly who the target of this new legislation will be. I guess the loss of revenue from the decriminalization of marijuana has to be made up somehow.
The article from F.E.E. caught my eye because the author references the “vaping illness outbreak” from 2019. You remember that story, right? Don’t forget about it. I can’t quite explain why, but I have a feeling it will be important later. Moving on…
